Kentucky Space LLC, in partnership with the Center for Regenerative and Developmental Biology at Tufts University, announced today an upcoming mission involving an important exomedicine experiment on December 16, 2014 to the International Space Station (ISS) via a SpaceX launch vehicle. Exomedicine involves the research, development and commercialization of biomedical solutions in the microgravity environment of space for applications on Earth.

Interapt CEO Ankur Gopal has been selected to be entered into the Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.
Gopal accepted the honor at a recent induction ceremony to celebrate an incoming 2014 class that includes Ulysses Junior" Bridgman, James Booth, Chris Sullivan, and John A. Williams, Sr. Others inducted as Emerging Entrepreneurs, like Gopal, included Jennifer Mackin of The Oliver Group, and Nate Morris of Rubicon Global.
