Julio Lopez is the President & COO of Interapt’s Contact Center BPO services. He is responsible for maintaining client relationships and for delivery on world class customer experiences. His scope of responsibility includes Call Center Workforce Management, Customer Service and Sales, Technical Support, Quality Assurance, and Training and development.
Julio comes to Interapt with nearly 20 years of contact center experience specifically in BPO and remote contact centers. He has been influential in delivery and help shape customer experiences for some of the worlds most beloved brands. He is a champion of continuous improvement and holds a Six Sigma Certification from Florida International University in Miami, FL.
