Jennifer Redden is the President of Interapt’s Software Systems. She’s responsible for leading Interapt’s overall IT Consulting Services and Business Process Outsourcing initiatives. For IT Consulting Services, Jennifer directs the information technology solutions of UI/UX Design, Mobile Development, Web Application Development, Project Management, Business Intelligence and Reporting, Data Science, Cloud Engineering, Business Analysis, QA Testing, Cybersecurity, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Jennifer is also responsible for Interapt’s Contact Center BPO services with her scope of responsibility including Call Center Workforce Management, Customer Service, Technical Support, Quality Assurance, and Training and development.

Jennifer joined Interapt in 2021, with more than 20 years of experience in information technology.
